We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Orelvyn.

30-Day Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item should be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to Request a Return

Before sending anything back, please contact us at support@orelvyn.com or +1 (925) 665-0686 with your order number and the reason for your return. If your request is approved, we will email you return instructions, including the correct return address. Please do not send items back before receiving these instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order after delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you to let you know whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to show the refund in your account.

Items That May Not Be Eligible

Items that have been used, damaged through misuse, or returned with missing parts may not be eligible for a full refund.
